1. Running Procedure
Participants can begin their running activity from January 29 to February 26, 2026. Runs can be completed in a single session (single run) or gradually over multiple sessions (multiple runs) until a total distance of 10 kilometers or 21.1 kilometers is achieved. During the run, participants are required to record their activity using an application that captures essential information, including distance, duration, and date of the activity.
For those choosing the multiple runs method, runs can be spread across several days with no limit on the number of sessions, as long as the cumulative distance reaches 10 kilometers or 21.1 kilometers within the designated period.
2. Recommended Equipment and Applications
Runiverse does not restrict participants to specific applications for recording their runs, as long as the app provides data on distance, duration, and date of the activity. However, we recommend using applications such as Strava, Nike Run Club, Relive, Google Fit, Adidas Running, Garmin Connect, Huawei Health, Samsung Health, or similar apps.
3. Submission of Running Results
Participants who have completed their run as per the guidelines must submit a screenshot of their running activity through the provided link (https://submission.runiverse.info/seoul). Submissions must be completed by 25 February, at 23:59 WIB.
Additionally, participants are encouraged to share their results or photos/videos of their running activity on Instagram (stories or feed) by tagging @runiverse.vr. Lucky participants may receive special prizes (while supplies last).
For participants using the multiple runs method, screenshots of each run can be submitted individually until the total distance of 10 kilometers or 21.1 kilometers is achieved within the event period.
4. Completion Criteria (Finisher)
Participants will be recognized as finishers if they meet the following criteria:
Complete a total distance of 10 kilometers or 21.1 kilometers.
Run within the event period: January 29 to February 26, 2026.
Submit screenshots of their running results according to the specified requirements.
Runiverse.vr is a fun run, so there are no cut-off times or pace requirements.
5. Medal and Merchandise Guidelines
All registered participants who have completed payment will receive an E-BIB. A jersey will also be provided to those who select the "Medal + Jersey" category. However, only participants who meet the finisher criteria will be eligible to receive a medal and electronic certificate, which will be included in the race pack.
6. Race Pack Delivery
Race packs will be shipped after the finisher verification process is completed, within the period of February 26 to March 4, 2026. Participants who fail to provide a complete address may experience delays in shipping or risk not receiving their race pack.

Peserta dapat memulai aktivitas lari pada 29 Januari hingga 25 Februari 2026. Lari dapat dilakukan dalam satu kali aktivitas (single run) atau secara bertahap (multiple runs) hingga mencapai total jarak 10 kilometer atau 21.1 kilometer. Selama berlari, peserta wajib merekam aktivitas lari menggunakan aplikasi yang memuat informasi lengkap berupa jarak, waktu tempuh, dan tanggal pelaksanaan.
Bagi peserta yang memilih metode bertahap/multiple runs, aktivitas lari dapat dilakukan beberapa kali di hari yang berbeda, tanpa batasan jumlah, selama jarak kumulatif mencapai 10 kilometer atau 21.1 kilometer dalam periode yang telah ditentukan.
2. Rekomendasi Peralatan dan Aplikasi
Runiverse tidak membatasi penggunaan aplikasi tertentu untuk merekam aktivitas lari, selama aplikasi tersebut menyediakan informasi mengenai jarak, waktu tempuh, dan tanggal lari. Namun, kami merekomendasikan aplikasi seperti Strava, Nike Run Club, Relive, Google Fit, Adidas Running, Garmin Connect, Huawei Health, Samsung Health, atau aplikasi serupa.
3. Prosedur Pengumpulan Hasil Lari
Peserta yang telah menyelesaikan lari sesuai ketentuan wajib mengunggah tangkapan layar hasil aktivitas lari melalui tautan berikut (https://submission.runiverse.info/seoul). Pengumpulan hasil dapat dilakukan paling lambat 25 Februari 2025 pukul 23.59 WIB.
Sebagai tambahan, peserta dapat membagikan hasil lari atau foto/video aktivitas mereka di Instagram (story atau feed) dengan menandai akun @runiverse.vr. Peserta yang beruntung berkesempatan mendapatkan hadiah menarik (selama persediaan masih ada).
Bagi peserta yang memilih metode bertahap/multiple runs, tangkapan layar hasil lari dapat dikirimkan beberapa kali hingga total jarak 10 kilometer atau 21.1 kilometer tercapai selama periode lari berlangsung.
4. Kriteria Penyelesaian Lari (Finisher)
Peserta dinyatakan sebagai finisher jika memenuhi kriteria berikut:
Menyelesaikan total jarak lari 10 kilometer atau 21.1 kilometer.
Melakukan lari dalam periode 29 Januari hingga 25 Februari 2026.
Mengirimkan tangkapan layar hasil lari sesuai syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Runiverse.vr adalah agenda fun run, sehingga tidak ada batasan waktu (cut-off time) atau kecepatan tertentu (pace).
5. Ketentuan Medali dan Merchandise
Peserta yang telah mendaftar dan melakukan pembayaran berhak mendapatkan Nomor E-BIB dan Jersey (jersey akan diberikan khusus untuk peserta yang memilih kategori Medal+Jersey). Namun, hanya peserta yang telah menyelesaikan lari sesuai syarat dan ketentuan (finisher) yang berhak mendapatkan medali dan sertifikat elektronik yang akan dikirimkan dalam paket race pack.
6. Pengiriman Race Pack
Pengiriman race pack akan dilakukan setelah proses verifikasi finisher selesai, yaitu pada periode 26 Februari -4 Maret 2026. Peserta yang tidak mencantumkan alamat secara lengkap dapat mengalami kendala pengiriman, bahkan berisiko tidak menerima race pack.
